This is how powerful human psychology is that works behind the success of customized products.

Mckinsey and company note that “today’s personalization leaders have found proven ways to drive 5 to 10 percent increase in revenue (2021) and 10 to 30 percent increase in marketing-spend efficiency.”

There is a fine line between personalized and customized but here I take both the terms together as both work for the fulfillment of individual choices and preferences. There’s only a slight difference in the methodologies of both.
