If you want to know, want to understand people, read their writings, articles, and blogs. It’s much easy to get to know and get mixed with people who write whether big or small, simple or fancy. Somewhere, you can find a sense of their authentic behavior, who writes well.

Writing requires absolutely 100% focus.

People who write are of a focused mindset. Writing requires refined and clear thoughts and vice-versa. Writing requires leadership qualities, as what you are giving your readers to read, requires the ability to support and be logical and also responsible enough to explain what you have written.

I am bold enough to face the chaoses because I know it is inevitable and so I try my best to make plans and take the best decision that I can, to reach the order also. Generally, people send great links to articles and books, which is a very good thing but if you are a great reader of great books then sometimes you must be feeling to become a good writer also. And this feeling, if real, then definitely you start writing. Let it be just a line but it will be your creation.

When I look for the personality traits of a person, I am always more interested in reading what he/she has written instead of the links he/she is sharing. It is not that writing should be very great and impressive. NOT. But just writing is important. Doing the work is important. That’s why you will find all successful and great people have more or less, their pieces of writing. Let it be just two lines of thought or 2000 blogs. They write. It shows their authenticity.

Doing Can Only Help You To Overcome Chaoses

I find many people talking about how these successful people are doing so well.

I will tell you how?

They are doing, that’s why they are so successful. They are doing so well.

The message is clear. Don’t just think. Until and unless you will not start you will not get to know what to do. When you are doing then only you can see the chaos, which is inevitable.

The formula is very simple. when you have to write something, what do you do? You think of an idea. Start writing. Edit it. Rewrite it and publish it. This is an order. But when you think to delete the article because you don’t find it good is chaos. It is up to you then, whether you want to quit or you want to improve. You need editing because maybe something wrong you has done. Or you want a much better version, of what you have, so you keep editing it till the point you can.

You are improving it. If you have not even started anything, do you think you can improve anything? Improvements can be done when you know there is chaos going on. So, don’t give up, the next in the cycle will be an order. Be Patient.

Have the mindset to keep editing things instead of deleting them always and always. The delete button will take you to plain thing again, where you find nothing about what work you have done so far you have to start it all again. But editing gives you opportunities that you still have a chance to improve.

The delete mindset is when your mind is in chaos but editing takes you towards order. The message again is the same. Never give up. Chaos is inevitable.

The relationship between order and chaos is inevitable. You don’t start because the chaos of imperfection and failures are ruling your brain. Many start-ups fail because of this only. But when you start and keep editing your mistakes you improve and the start-ups succeed.

It’s not the will of God that you failed but mostly it’s your wrong strategy to start with your startup where you have not allocated your funds and efforts to deal with chaos. You must lack in experimentation. Good planning is where you should have the right graph of order and chaos in it. This is why you see great quotes by successful people that Imperfection is a myth. Because you cannot escape from the chaos. Keeping working in a better way is the only solution to reach the next part that is ordered.

My Experiments

I started my journey as an entrepreneur in March 2022 as a founder and CEO of a digital marketing agency. The idea is still in the process and around one month has gone.

Why?

I am still in the experimental phase.

Started this initiative with a very systematic approach guided and advised by mentors. I was feeling, that things are going in such an order that every day I am one step close to my goal.

For this, I have to give it the right shape first, where I can solve problems for people to build their trust in me. But that excitement that is coming out from things going in so much order, turned into chaos last week.

Because I am not getting what I am looking for. I am looking out for who grabs my attention towards them. I am looking for the personality traits I am looking for their writing pieces to know them better. I am first interested in what you are writing, my people, and then what you are sharing.

Maybe because I am going through the right funnel where chaos is inevitable.

Especially when working with the same hierarchy and coming up with new plans the level of chaos increases. But daily interactions and you can say experimentation with a more wide range of people at the same time, helped me refine things in a better way.

It is a very natural psychological behavior of humans who doesn’t want to get into chaos and want results instantly. Taking only shortcuts and still landed on the wrong side of the road.

Now taking a U-turn from here is even more time-consuming and automatically trapped in chaos. They want to escape from it but still got into it because they think of order only.

They come up with only comfortable ideas so that chaos will not happen. But if I just announced my agency at that point, without looking deep into the people to know them better not only professionally but also personally, maybe I will never achieve the order.

To know someone personally just means to know about their personality traits. In lack of which my startup would be in a high probability of failing. Personality is not how you look from the outside or if you have worn expensive clothes then you surely have the best personality. NO.

External things are just looks which are also playing their role but to a very few extents only. And it is also not expensive but clean and tidy, that matters. Rest is your qualities like being authentic, being a leader, etc.

I have seen this chaos during these days but now the cycle is moving towards order day by day. When you do experiments, I mean dedicated research you get to know loopholes that are creating chaos, from your side and other’s side both. We face it, take action and turn it into order.

The cycle goes on the same with new projects. New ideas, new chaoses. Experiments create chaos, you do an effort then, to reach order. This is how you learn and you take action. Doing is very important. Without doing there will be only chaos and no order.
